Shipping and Returns

Please read the return policy carefully, if you should return your order, we assume that you have read and understand the return policy.

All orders received by 10am pacific time are full filled same day and will arrive in 3-6 business days unless otherwise specified.

Items can be returned within 30 days and must be in complete packs, unaltered with our label and hang tags attached, in resalable condition. Returns will only be accepted with our authorization. To receive an RA number please email us at veniceblue1@gmail.com. When sending the merchandise please have a copy of your invoice with the RA#. For international orders please have a copy of the duty fee paid invoice included with the package indicating as a return. You will be responsible for the shipping charge unless the items are defective in error of Venice Blue. Exchanges can be made due to a defect.

Order cancellations must be requested by written form (email). No cancellations accepted after shipment.

Once we receive the return items and we thoroughly inspect the pieces, we will credit you accordingly via the same card you purchased with. Please allow us 7 to 14 business days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
